Job Purpose
The Cluster Director of Commercial is responsible for driving the commercial performance of multiple MGallery hotels in Japan.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies across the cluster
(複数ホテルの特性や市場環境を踏まえ、最適な販売戦略・価格戦略を立案・実行します) - Drive revenue performance (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy)
(稼働状況や需要動向を分析しながら、売上最大化に向けた施策をリードします) - Lead Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management functions
(営業・マーケティング・レベニューチームを統括し、部門横断での意思決定を推進します) - Build and maintain key client relationships
(法人顧客やエージェントとの関係構築・強化を通じて、安定的なビジネス基盤を築きます) - Analyze market trends and competitor activities
(マーケットや競合ホテルの動きを把握し、タイムリーに戦略へ反映します) - Work closely with General Managers to achieve business goals
(各ホテルの総支配人と連携し、現場の状況を踏まえながら目標達成をリードします)
- Approximately 7+ years(at least 5+ years)of experience in hospitality commercial roles
(ホテル業界における営業・レベニュー・マーケティング領域での経験が5年以上ある方、目安として7年以上の経験がある方を歓迎します) - Background in Sales, Revenue Management, or Marketing
(セールス、レベニューマネジメント、またはマーケティング領域での実務経験) - Leadership or team management experience preferred
(チームマネジメントまたはリーダーとしての経験があれば尚可) - Experience in multi-property or cluster roles is a plus
(複数ホテルまたは複数拠点を横断して業務を行った経験があれば歓迎) - Experience in international or lifestyle/luxury brands is an advantage
(外資系ホテルやライフスタイル/ラグジュアリーブランドでの経験は大きな強みとなります)
