L’hôtel Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris, Palace entièrement rénové par Philippe Starck, est composé de 149 chambres et suites dont 3 appartements privés, d’un Spa unique, de quatre restaurants : Matsuhisa Paris, dédié à la gastronomie péruvo-japonaise par le Chef Nobu, Il Carpaccio, italien étoilé en partenariat avec Da Vittorio***, La Cuisine connu pour ses petits déjeuners et brunchs d’exception, et Le Bar Long proposant une carte internationale tout au long de la journée, d’innovants cocktails et de délicieux tapas. L’hôtel est connu comme le plus parisien et contemporain des Palaces à travers : une Art Concierge – une salle de cinéma - une galerie d’Art - un concept store La Librairie des Arts.

Vous serez en charge de l’ensemble du processus de recrutement, du sourcing en passant par l’intégration, jusqu’à la fin de la période d’essai.
Vous intervenez en support et prenez part aux différentes étapes du recrutement de nos futurs talents.
Vous êtes en charge du sourcing des candidats sur les différents Job Board et outils mis à votre disposition.
Vous êtes responsable de l'identification et la pré-qualification téléphonique des candidats ainsi que des entretiens de recrutement
Vous organisez les rencontres entre les candidats et les différents responsables de services.
Vous travaillez avec l'Adjoint DRH et la DRH et partagez avec toutes les informations nécessaires au bon déroulement du process de recrutement.
Vous animez et participez aux Job Datings et Visites Ecoles pour représenter notre Marque Employeur.
Vous êtes également amené(e) à rédiger et diffuser les annonces sur les différents Job Board.
Vous développez et incarnez la marque employeur à travers des actions de communication internes et externes (réseaux sociaux, partenariats écoles, événements), afin de renforcer l’attractivité et l’expérience candidat.
- Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure dans le domaine des Ressources Humaines ou bien de l'Hôtellerie, vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie en Cabinet de Recrutement ou Entreprise.
Vous maîtrisez les différents Job Board et techniques de Sourcing.
Vous connaissez le domaine de l'Hôtellerie.
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l'anglais.
Enfin vous êtes passionné(e) et aimez les challenges.
