Butler (Club Millesium)
Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is looking for a passionate and service-oriented Butler to join our Club Millésime team.
As a Butler, you will be the heart of the Club Millésime experience, delivering personalised, anticipatory and discreet service while creating memorable moments for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised and attentive Butler service to Club Millésime guests.
- Anticipate guest needs and create tailor-made experiences throughout their stay.
- Welcome, assist and farewell guests with warmth, elegance and professionalism.
- Manage guest requests, preferences and special arrangements with discretion.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure seamless service.
- Assist with VIP arrivals, special occasions and personalised guest experiences.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services and local attractions.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure prompt follow-up and resolution.
- Uphold Sofitel's luxury service standards, grooming standards and service culture at all times.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum 2 years of Butler experience from Luxury background including F&B experience.
- Strong communication skiils
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
