- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, including loading and unloading luggage from vehicles.
- Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms.
- Provide information about the hotel and local area, including dining options, attractions, and transportation.
- Answer guest inquiries and address their concerns promptly and courteously.
- Assist with guest requests such as arranging transportation, making reservations, and delivering messages.
- Maintain a clean and organized bell desk and luggage storage area.
- Assist with valet parking services (if applicable).
- Assist with setting up and breaking down meeting rooms or event spaces as needed.
- Ensure the safety and security of guest belongings.
- Proactively identify and address guest needs.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Strive to exceed guest expectations at all times
- Excellent customer service skills
