Dar suporte às atividades administrativas da empresa, colaborando com o bom andamento dos processos internos, organização de documentos, atendimento e apoio às demais áreas, garantindo eficiência e agilidade nas rotinas do escritório.
Realizar o controle e arquivamento de documentos físicos e digitais;
Auxiliar no atendimento telefônico, e-mails e recepção de visitantes;
Lançamento de dados em planilhas e sistemas internos;
Apoio no controle de contas a pagar e a receber, emissão de notas fiscais e boletos (caso necessário);
Agendamento e organização de reuniões, viagens ou compromissos da equipe;
Controle e reposição de materiais de escritório;
Apoiar outras áreas conforme a demanda administrativa.
Formação: Ensino médio completo (desejável curso técnico ou superior em andamento em Administração, Contabilidade, ou áreas afins)
Conhecimentos:
Pacote Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) — intermediário
Boa comunicação oral e escrita
Organização e atenção a detalhes
Diferenciais:
Experiência anterior na área administrativa
