Como Assistente Administrativo você irá executar a rotina administrativa relativa às atividades financeiras e trabalhistas do hotel, atendendo às normas e procedimentos pré-estabelecidos pelo hotel e pelo Centro Administrativo Financeiro – CAF.
PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES E RESPONSABILIDADES
- Realizar a abertura e conferência do caixa.
- Executar o controle e a venda de moeda estrangeira.
- Separar e montar os processos de cartão de crédito.
- Realizar os depósitos bancários
- Realizar a conferência das comissões das agências de viagens
- Preparar boletim para cálculo de FOPAG, bem como conferir os lançamentos efetuados.
- Preparar os processos de admissão/demissão dos colaboradores, conferindo e emitindo impressos, formulários e outros documentos.
- Efetuar solicitação de benefícios, junto aos fornecedores, bem como efetuar as inclusões/exclusões pertinentes.
- Preparar boletim para cálculo de férias e rescisões, coletando assinaturas pertinentes.
- Realizar homologação junto ao DRT / Sindicato.
- Controlar o ponto eletrônico, checando freqüências, bem como controlar / emitir relatórios de banco horas.
- Organizar o arquivo de documentos da área.
- Encaminhar ao CAF todos os processos realizados, atendendo aos prazos e padrões pré-estabelecidos
- Executar os processos e procedimentos do “Auto Controle” da área.
- Executar outras atribuições correlatas de acordo com a necessidade da área.
