Le Resort Bien Être de la Côte d’Opale, Novotel Ibis Thalassa Le Touquet, complexe hôtelier rénové, offre à ses clients l'ensemble des nouvelles promesses de la marque Bien Être du Groupe Accor. Doté de 236 chambres, le Site propose une hôtellerie 3* (Ibis) et 4* (Novotel) mais également un Institut de Thalassothérapie doté de 64 cabines de soins. C’est plus de 180 collaborateurs à l’année qui s’engagent à satisfaire notre clientèle et participent à la renommé de notre établissement.
Le site Thalassa Sea & Spa Le Touquet recherche un Agent de Réservations (H/F) dans le cadre d’un contrat à durée indéterminée (CDI) de 37 heures par semaine. Au sein de l'équipe Réservations du site Thalassa Le Touquet, vous avez à cœur de répondre aux demandes des clients et vous mettez tout en œuvre pour satisfaire leurs besoins. Clientèle loisirs, curistes, nous recherchons des profils polyvalents et motivés souhaitant découvrir et évoluer dans un nouvel environnement de travail.
Vos missions :
Réel point d'entrée, vous contribuez à établir un premier contact afin :
- de gérer les appels téléphoniques du site,
- de présenter et proposer au client les différentes prestations sur le site (hébergement, restauration, soins, activité, etc..),
- de transformer une demande de renseignements en une réservation dès que l'occasion se présente,
- d'assurer la prise de réservation par téléphone ou internet, ainsi que toutes les opérations qui s'y rapportent en respectant les procédures Accor,
- d'optimiser les ventes de chambres, les soins, les forfaits cures en respectant la politique commerciale de la marque et de l'hôtel,
- de saisir les réservations avec précision et rigueur.
Profil recherché :
- Expérience hotellière souhaitée,
- Formation sur les différents logiciels (Opera, Résa Web, Aquao et divers extranets),
- Esprit commercial et bon relationnel,
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe,
- Dynamisme et réactivité,
- Rigueur et organisation,
- Anglais courant est un plus,
- Maîtrise de la rédaction (orthographe, grammaire, syntaxe).
