A Message From Heather McCrory

Last year, an Accor hotel opened every 24 hours, and in North and Central America our portfolio has increased by 34% in two years, with many more projects and partnerships on the books. We want to meet those exceptional people who are emboldened by these opportunities.

I’m proof that it’s possible to “Be Limitless” with Accor. I started my career over 30 years ago at Accor’s Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, in the laundry room, and advanced through the business to now lead over 22,000 Heartists® in more than 100 hotels.

"Be limitless" means infinite possibilities and opportunities to make a difference . Accor gives me the creative freedom to be the best 'me' I can be. 
Our focus on diversity, inclusion, and individual uniqueness, allows me to share my story with other Heartists. By challenging their curiosity, it hopefully inspires them to share their unique story and perspective. All of us can have an impact with what we do, and Accor has provided me with the perfect platform to do so.
