Workplace Experience Manager

Purpose

As the Workplace Experience Manager, you have a multifaceted responsibility overseeing operations pertaining to clients, key stakeholders, and suppliers, which involves not only managing the daily hospitality and administrative requirements but also ensuring the smooth continuity of workplace experiences and office functions.  Your overarching goals encompass establishing a sterling reputation for excellence, crafting a unique operational identity, and guaranteeing the fulfilment of Accor's client promise.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Supervise, support, and train Hospitality Team Members to ensure consistent adherence to standards and procedures, providing a high level of service for all tenant interactions
  • Respond promptly and professionally to tenant/client feedback, taking relevant actions and ensuring follow-up
  • Implement strategies to enhance the workplace experience, exceeding tenant and client expectations while aligning with the workplace's operating concept
  • Manage day-to-day workplace (office) operations, covering experiential, administrative, and functional tasks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with preferred suppliers, identifying opportunities for innovation and service improvement
  • Deliver VIP and premium welcome services to external visitors, offering a personalised, and high-quality experience

 

Skills and Experience

  • An unwavering commitment to fostering meaningful connections with individuals, meticulously curating exceptional experiences, and adeptly leading the delivery of premium services
  • Proficient in the coordination and meticulous planning of activities and events, consistently ensuring seamless operational execution
  • A track record of leadership in the hospitality sector, commencing from a minimum Supervisor level.
  • Demonstrated experience in co-ordination & planning of activities and events with seamless operational delivery
  • The capacity to authentically express yourself and evoke joy in others through the exceptional experiences you curate
