Job Description

Role Overview:

•⁠ ⁠Will play a critical role in overseeing TheLifeCo guest journey and guiding the guests through a mentally and physically healthier lifestyle during their times in the center. Also designing new value-creating TLC concepts is expected occasionally.

 

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Guiding guests through their holistic wellbeing journey from pre-arrival to checkout at Swissotel Uludag TheLifeCo ,

•⁠ ⁠Greeting guests upon arrival, introducing to the facilities, amenities and activities and also briefing them about TheLifeCo Wellbeing concept and programs,

•⁠ ⁠Doing daily presentations and one-on-one consultation with new guests,

•⁠ ⁠Checking on guest experience at least once every day, and providing necessary advice, changes and supporting therapies,

•⁠ ⁠Ensuring interim measurements and tests of the guest are performed as needed,

•⁠ ⁠Deciding on the best program for guests, agreeing on the program and making sure the program is followed. The Wellness Programs Coach may also suggest changes to the program during guests’ stay,

•⁠ ⁠Coordinating between F&B, clinic and other necessary departments, making sure that guests get the best outcome and benefits from their stay in the facility,

•⁠ ⁠Educating guests on wellbeing as well as how to change and improve their lifestyle after they leave,

•⁠ ⁠Training employees about TheLifeCo philosophy, programs, therapies and equipments,

•⁠ ⁠Developing new programs in coordination with headquarters,


Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠Fluent in English (Writing, Speaking, Understanding),

•⁠ ⁠Must hold a degree in Psychology,

•⁠ ⁠Understands human psychology,

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills,

•⁠ ⁠Able to understand the person's wishes correctly and provide the right service,

•⁠ ⁠Learning from mistakes,

•⁠ ⁠Clean and well-groomed,

•⁠ ⁠Confident, honest, patient and friendly,

•⁠ ⁠Able to quickly adapt to changing working conditions and show flexibility

•⁠ ⁠Competent in teamwork,

•⁠ ⁠Interested in wellness trends, creative and research-oriented in nutrition, detox, exercise, stress management and mental health etc.

•⁠ ⁠Applies the principles of a healthy lifestyle in their own life,
