What you will be doing:

• Taking care of our Wellness & Recreation guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the health club, gym, pool, and changing areas
• Ensuring safe use of gym equipment and monitor pool safety at all times
• Supervising pool area and enforcing safety rules and regulations
• Setting up and arranging pool deck, sunbeds, towels, and fitness areas
• Providing towels, amenities, and assist guests with requests
• Reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
• Assisting in emergency situations when required, following safety procedures
• Maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times

Your experience and skills include:

• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in an international brand. Remote area work experience is preferred.
• Certified in First Aid/CPR and Fitness.
• Working knowledge of pool safety and gym equipment.
• Good communication and guest service skills.
• Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Well-groomed and a can-do attitude.
• Flexibility to multitask and work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to work in active indoor/outdoor environments.
