Hôtel Flagship de 245 chambres (construction neuve, l'hôtel a ouvert en 2020), avec 2 Restaurants dont Rosé au rez-de-chaussée et Pedzouille La Grange en rooftop, 3 Bars & Coffee Shop, 1 Fitness et 3 salles de séminaires, situé en plein cœur du quartier de la Porte de Versailles et du Parc des Expositions.
MISSIONS / PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES :
Technique Métier et relation client :
- Assure à la clientèle un accueil chaleureux, différenciant et conforme aux standards de qualité de l’établissement et veille à faire vivre à nos clients une expérience inoubliable
- Effectue les procédures informatiques et administratives liées aux check-in/check out en mobilité dans le Lobby sur le système informatique en place dans l’hôtel FOLS MOBILE
- Vérifie les garanties et les réservations des clients
- Garantit le suivi du séjour des clients par la communication des informations importantes à ses collègues et supérieurs et par la vérification des garanties
- Gérer la facturation, l’encaissement et le fonds de caisse pendant le service
- Prend en charge les bagages clients (port et stockage)
- Répond aux appels téléphoniques et prend ponctuellement les réservations
- Tient, vérifie et contrôle sa caisse personnelle
- Répond aux différentes demandes des clients et assure leur suivi afin de garantir leur satisfaction client
- Renseigne les clients sur les informations touristiques
- Réalise les différents projets confiés par sa hiérarchie
- Applique les procédures et politiques définies par la marque et l’hôtel en matière de contrôle des clients et sécurité des personnes
- S’assure que les demandes particulières des clients sont transmises aux services concernés
- Incarne l’esprit Heartist Accor dans ses interactions avec les clients
- Prend en charge les bagages clients (port et stockage)
- Fidélise le client en lui garantissant la qualité de la prestation qui lui est proposée
Commercial / Vente :
- Connaît les services proposés par l’hôtel, informe le client sur sa demande et l’incite à les utiliser et propose au client d’effectuer une réservation
Gestion :
- Tient, vérifie et contrôle une caisse personnelle
- S’assure de la sécurisation des données
- Est co-responsable de l'établissement durant son temps de travail
Management transverse :
- Travaille en étroite collaboration avec les services de l’hôtel
Hygiène / Sécurité des personnes / Environnement :
- Connait et applique la politique du programme CLE VERTE & BREAM
- Connaît et applique les conduites à tenir en cas d’évacuation incendie
- Applique les règles de sécurité dans l’accueil des clients, notamment les clients en situation de handicap
- Veille à la propreté de son lieu de travail et au bon fonctionnement du matériel mis à sa disposition
COMPETENCES REQUISES
- Maitrise de l’anglais et d’une seconde langue selon les besoins de l’hôtel
