Job Description
- Be the first smile guests sees - Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures that create a positive first impression.
- Anticipate guest needs and handle transactions efficiently while maintaining the high service standards Pullman is known for.
- Monitor room status and guest feedback, taking appropriate action to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Maintain detailed guest records and provide attentive service to our valued guests.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies while prioritizing excellent guest service in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Thriving in fast-paced environments and love creating memorable guest experiences.
- Previous experience in hospitality is a strong advantage.
- Tech-savvy with Opera or similar systems
- Guest-oriented, approachable, and genuinely service-minded
- Fluency in English; additional languages are great asset
- Sales-driven mindset
