Job Description

 

In this exciting and varied role, you’ll take ownership of the entire event journey from first enquiry to flawless execution. Whether it’s a wedding, a corporate retreat, or a grand celebration, you’ll craft personalised experiences that exceed expectations and showcase everything our unique resort has to offer.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate, sell and deliver unforgettable weddings, conferences, retreats, and social events
  • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every event runs seamlessly
  • Proactively grow business through networking, cold calling, site visits, and industry events
  • Tailor creative proposals and packages that highlight our resort’s stunning location and premium facilities
  • Be the warm, welcoming face for our clients from planning through to on-the-day coordination
  • Represent Movenpick Dead Sea at wedding expos and local community events

Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating weddings, events or conferences in hospitality or tourism
  • A passion for outstanding guest service and creating memorable moments
  • Confidence in sales and relationship building
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work around event schedules, including weekends

Additional Information

  • Hotel Sales experience
  • Opera System Knowledge
  • Fluency in English
