Job Description
Job Purpose:
As a Waitress, you will be responsible for providing warm, professional, and efficient service to guests while ensuring an excellent dining experience in line with Accor’s service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and provide recommendations when required.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure accurate order taking and communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of tables, restaurant areas, and service stations.
- Check guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond to requests promptly.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Follow all hotel standards, food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
- Promote a positive guest experience and represent the hotel professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Guest-focused with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Well-presented and professional.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
