Job Description
- Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel welcomed from the moment they arrive.
- Present menus confidently, offering recommendations and highlighting specials to enhance the dining experience.
- Take orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and service teams.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining professionalism and attentive hospitality throughout service.
- Check in with guests regularly, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any needs with a positive attitude.
- Handle guest requests or concerns quickly and professionally, turning moments into positive experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
- Support team operations, including table setup, clearing, polishing, and assisting colleagues during busy periods.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel service standards to ensure a seamless and safe dining environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in fine dining or in a guest‑facing hospitality role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with guests.
- Positive, energetic attitude and a polished, professional appearance.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus and help elevate guest engagement.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, teamwork, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
