VIP Cable Car Station Supervisor

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused VIP Cable Car Station Supervisor to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our VIP cable car station, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction.

• Lead and manage a team of station staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism
• Oversee the smooth operation of the VIP cable car station, ensuring all systems and equipment are functioning optimally
• Provide a premium experience for VIP guests, addressing their needs and exceeding expectations
• Implement and maintain strict safety protocols and procedures
• Resolve any issues or complaints promptly and efficiently
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators
• Conduct regular staff training and development sessions
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
• Manage inventory and supplies for the VIP station

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in a supervisory role, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent customer service skills with experience in managing VIP or high-end clientele
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decisive decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic technical knowledge of cable car systems and operations
• Proficiency in safety protocols and emergency procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field (preferred)
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• In-depth understanding of tourism industry standards and luxury hospitality services
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages is advantageous
