• Provide efficient cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, in line with PULLMAN standard to ensure the highest guest satisfaction
• Servicing occupied guest rooms discreetly, and cleaning in an unobtrusive, organized manner 
• Preparation and maintenance of housekeeping supplies and equipment, including the storage and cleanliness of all housekeeping equipment 
• Maintaining par levels of equipment, room amenities etc., and restocking linen and amenity cupboards on a scheduled basis 
• Ensuring dirty linen and rubbish is disposed of appropriately at the completion of your shift and within environmental guidelines 
• Immediately advising of any maintenance requirements and follow through action to your supervisor

• Completed primary school education 
• Good English proficiency
• Prior experience in a luxury resort would be advantageous
