VIE - Junior Category Manager Guest Technology - Milan - 12/24 months

As a Junior Category Manager Guest Technology within our Astore Procurement Department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting IT-related procurement strategies across the Europe & North Africa (ENA) region. Join a diverse, multicultural team and help identify hotel needs, find innovative IT solutions, and contribute to responsible hospitality.

What will you do?

• Assist in developing strategies for IT categories including hardware, software, audiovisual, and payment solutions.
• Support RFP processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management to ensure optimal offers for the hotel network.
• Manage supplier relationships, including organizing business reviews, renegotiations, and sourcing new suppliers when necessary.
• Deploy supplier solutions across the hotel network and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to procurement data analysis to identify savings opportunities and support decision-making.

Our ideal profile would be:

• Knowledge or experience in IT procurement categories and strategies.
• Familiarity with procurement and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, e-Procurement tools).
• Experience or interest in the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to work in multicultural teams.
• Professional proficiency in English; French would be a plus.
