Job Description

We are looking for a motivated VIE to join our team as a Category Manager for Consumer Goods, overseeing the Portuguese market, and supporting the Spanish one. 
Based in Madrid, you will help ensure that our hotels benefit from the best quality and purchasing conditions for food and beverages while supporting the implementation of procurement strategies across various categories.

What will you do? 

  • Manage procurement and sourcing strategies for food and beverage categories across the Iberia market 

  • Lead supplier relationships and negotiations to secure the best terms for quality and price. 

  • Collaborate with international teams and local stakeholders to align global/ European strategies with regional needs. 

  • Drive the implementation of international deals while ensuring local adaptability. 

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective procurement strategies. 


Qualifications

Our ideal profile would be: 

  • Master’s degree in Business or Purchasing. 

  • Experience in procurement, ideally in fresh products. 

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese. . 

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment. 

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience in supplier relationship management. 

  • Familiar with different digital tools (ordering platforms, SharePoint, PoweBi ) 

  • Excellent MS office skills (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint etc)
