Purpose
As our Venue Host, you’ll be the warm and welcoming first impression of El Vista. You’ll set the tone for our guests’ experience from the moment they arrive, guiding them with genuine care, professionalism, and style.
What you’ll do
- Welcome and seat guests with a polished, guest-first approach
- Manage reservations and guest flow to create a seamless dining experience
- Work closely with the floor and bar teams to deliver effortless service
- Represent El Vista with energy, charm, and professionalism
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a front-of-house or hosting role (premium dining experience ideal)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A natural passion for people and creating memorable experiences
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
