Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

• Assist the IT Manager with the installation and maintenance of hardware and software. 🛠️💻
• Serve as a secondary contact for PC hardware and software issues. 📞
• Manage the lifecycle of technology assets, ensuring equipment is ordered and available. 📦
• Handle disaster recovery and business continuity related to technology. 🔄
• Identify and resolve performance issues with our systems. 🔧
• Ensure all technology assets are secure and well-maintained following Mama Shelter standards. 🔒
• Oversee data communication and manage telecommunications equipment. 📡
• Support mobile phone issues and troubleshoot high-speed Internet problems. 📱🌐
• Provide desktop support, including imaging desktops, installing software, and migrating data. 💻
• Maintain IT inventory and logs of hardware and service calls. 📋
• Document and archive all IT correspondence and troubleshooting efforts. 📂
