We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Leader - Engineering to join our organization in Udaipur, India. In this role, you will lead a talented team of engineers, drive technical excellence, and oversee the successful delivery of engineering projects. You will be responsible for fostering a collaborative environment, developing team members, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, providing guidance on technical and professional growth
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to support their career development
• Analyze technical challenges and implement effective solutions using a detail-oriented and analytical approach
• Manage project budgets and allocate resources efficiently to optimize team productivity
• Facilitate communication between engineering teams and other departments to ensure project alignment
• Establish and maintain organized workflows and processes that promote efficiency and consistency
• Monitor team performance metrics and identify areas for improvement and process optimization
• Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the organization's engineering objectives
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality protocols, and organizational policies

• 5+ years of professional experience in an engineering role or related technical field
• 2+ years of proven team leadership or management experience
• Strong technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of engineering principles and practices
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Proficiency with engineering tools, software, and industry-standard applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation
• Proven ability to mentor and develop team members
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Preferred: Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Preferred: Familiarity with process improvement frameworks such as Six Sigma
• Preferred: Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
• Preferred: Strategic planning and business acumen experience
