We are currently searching for an organised and enthusiastic Talent & Culture Coordinator to join our team!
Reporting directly to the Portfolio Talent & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative and general support to two Accor properties – Pullman Sydney Hyde Park and Novotel Sydney Parramatta. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a unique multi-site environment - working with and learning from industry experts.
Based at the beautiful Pullman Sydney Hyde Park with the Talent & Culture Manager, no two days will ever be the same as you will:
- Assist with recruitment - posting ads, shortlisting applications, extending contracts and processing new starter documentation
- Be the gate keeper for all data entry into our Payroll and Time & Attendance Systems
- Assist with the on boarding of new team members
- Use your creativity to produce engaging collateral for T&C initiatives and social activities
- Be our engagement guru, actively driving social activities throughout the Hotels.
- Maintain and monitor all compliance records such as RSA, VISA and Safety certifications
- Provide ad-hoc reports from our L&D Platform and Payroll System as needed
To ensure this is the right fit for you, your skills and experience will ideally include:
- Generalist experience in HR or any administrative role.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Self-driven, curious nature with a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to adapt and persevere under pressure.
- Enthusiasm and infectious energy to contribute towards a positive working environment as you embody our Heartist culture.
- The ability to travel every now and then to Novotel Sydney Parramatta and Novotel Sydney Central
