- Supervisar que las interacciones de los agentes cumplan con los más altos estándares de servicio y calidad.
- Asegurar que los agentes de Recepción cumplan con los procedimientos y estándares de la compañía.
- Asistir a los huéspedes con check in y check out, escuchando y anticipándose a sus necesidades.
- Supervisar y respaldar el progreso de cada uno de los agentes de Recepción, asegurando un conocimiento excelente del área, además de asegurar un ambiente saludable de trabajo.
- Dar solución a quejas y solicitudes de huéspedes, y enseñar a los agentes a como realizarlo por ellos mismos.
- Dar seguimiento a las métricas departamentales e impulsar a que sean alcanzadas.
- Poseer una amable y cordial disposición de ayudar.
- Ser empático con los clientes y huéspedes, así como con los embajadores.
- Excelentes habilidades para escuchar y comunicarse correctamente.
- Buen manejo de números y capacidad de análisis.
- Creatividad e innovación, indispensable para la creación de procesos y proyectos.
- Experiencia en otros departamentos de Front Office es preferido.
- Habilidad de ser ordenado y con atención a los detalles.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral en inglés y español.
- Excelentes habilidades orientadas al servicio al cliente.
- Realización de tareas de manera rápida y eficiente con un seguimiento apropiado.
- Habilidad de trabajar y promover el trabajo en equipo.
- Habilidad de motivar a los agentes de Recepción a lograr los mejores resultados posibles.
- Habilidad de manejar crisis y situaciones de emergencia, además de brindar apoyo cuando sea necesario.
- Proactivo, organizado, detallista, trabajo en equipo, flexible y empático.
- Poseer fuertes habilidades interpersonales y mostrarse confiable.
