Supervisionar as atividades da equipe de arrumadeiras, priorizando e distribuindo tarefas, conforme plano de trabalho e ocupação dos apartamentos.
• Acompanhar a execução dos serviços, controlando o suprimento de materiais, bem como executar a arrumação e limpeza dos apartamentos, quando necessário.
• Levantar necessidades e requisitar materiais de limpeza, junto ao almoxarifado, após aprovação do superior. • Inspecionar a limpeza e arrumação dos apartamentos, corredores e copas de serviço, de forma a assegurar a qualidade dos serviços e liberar o apartamento no sistema para venda.
• Efetuar o check-list de itens de manutenção dos apartamentos e informar a área responsável pelo reparo.
• Ministrar treinamentos técnicos às arrumadeiras para padronização dos serviços, em conjunto com o superior.
• Controlar “Achados e Perdidos”, até a sua devida entrega ao hóspede ou destino final, atentando-se aos prazos de guarda.
• Aplicar os processos e procedimentos do “Auto Controle” da área;
• Executar serviços de arrumação e limpeza de apartamentos, quando necessário.
• Programar limpezas específicas, de acordo com a necessidade e ocupação do hotel.
• Responder pelo uso e guarda das chaves dos andares.
• Prestar suporte no controle de notas fiscais de fornecedores em geral, conferindo valores, tipos de produto, quantidades etc., corrigindo eventuais diferenças, validando-as junto a gerencia e encaminhando-as para o departamento financeiro na ausência da Governanta.
• Manter a Governanta informada sobre as rotinas da área.
Conhecimentos das rotinas e procedimentos de trabalho de arrumação e limpeza de apartamentos e áreas públicas
• Manuseio de equipamentos de limpeza

• Produtos de limpeza e sua utilização
• Microinformática como usuário
