Vos missions clés :
✔️ Assurer le bon entretien des équipements, la propreté des espaces de restauration, et le respect des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité.
✔️ Contrôler la mise en place et la propreté des tables et du restaurant entre chaque service. Organiser le service (briefing staff, attribution des tâches, gestion des VIP), vérifier l'organisation des groupes et des plans de salle, et rédiger le rapport de fin de service.
✔️ Veiller à la satisfaction de la clientèle tout au long du service, adopter une attitude commerciale et professionnelle, et promouvoir l'image TRIBE
✔️ Manager l’équipe de restauration, gérer la partie administrative (plannings, timesheets, écarts de caisse), développer les compétences des collaborateurs (intégration, formation, évaluation), et animer les sessions de formation.
✔️ Être responsable de sa caisse, contrôler et valider les caisses de fin de service, et assurer la fermeture du restaurant le soir.
