Descripción del empleo

Limpieza de loza y cochambre del área de Cocina, Restaurante y Banquetes
Limpieza profunda a equipos de Cocina, Restaurante y Cocina
Proveer y ordenar el plaque y cristalería dentro de las áreas de Cocina, Restaurante, Banquetes y Comedor de colaboradores
Seguir los procedimientos y protocolos establecidos para garantizar una limpieza efectiva y segura
Tener un manejo adecuado de los desechos, deshacerse de los desechos de manera adecuada, asegurándose de seguir los procedimientos de manejo de desechos y reciclaje establecidos por el Hotel
Mantener las áreas de lavado limpias y ordenadas, limpiar, desinfectar, organizar el área de trabajo
Apoyar cuando se requiera en diversas áreas del Hotel
