Le Sainte-Barbe Hôtel & Spa MGallery ****, boutique-hôtel emblématique du Conquet (à 30 km de Brest), surplombe la mer d’Iroise depuis un site exceptionnel. Membre de la collection MGallery, notre établissement 4 étoiles propose 34 chambres, deux bars dont un Rooftop, un Spa, des espaces séminaires et un restaurant bistronomique raffiné avec une vue imprenable sur le port du Conquet.
Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre brigade, nous recrutons un Stagiaire pâtisserie (H/F/X).
Sous la direction de notre Cheffe pâtissière, vos missions seront les suivantes :
- Participer à la préparation des ingrédients et des bases pâtissières selon les fiches techniques
- Assister à la réalisation des desserts, viennoiseries et autres créations sucrées en respectant les normes de qualité
- Appliquer strictement les règles d’hygiène, de sécurité alimentaire et les procédures HACCP
- Maintenir la propreté et l’organisation du poste de travail tout au long du service
- Observer, apprendre et mettre en pratique les techniques et méthodes de l’équipe pâtisserie
- Collaborer avec l’ensemble de la brigade pour assurer un service fluide et de qualité
- Participer au nettoyage quotidien des équipements et locaux de pâtisserie
Profil recherché :
En formation pâtisserie (CAP, Bac Pro, BTS ou équivalent), vous êtes motivé(e), rigoureux(se) et passionné(e) par la pâtisserie et la gastronomie.
Qualités recherchées :
Vous souhaitez acquérir une expérience pratique dans un environnement exigeant et de qualité. Vous faites preuve d’un bon esprit d’équipe, d’une grande capacité d’apprentissage et d’adaptation.
Conditions :
- Poste à pourvoir en contrat de stage pour la période de mai à juin 2026 ou de juillet à août 2026
- 35h hebdomadaire
- 2 jours de repos consécutifs en semaine
- Un repas fourni par shift travaillé
- Possibilité de logement partagé pendant la durée du stage au sein de notre Maison du personnel
