Job Description

  • Provides exceptional service aligned with hotel standards, including the maintenance of spa facilities, ensuring the smooth operation of reception, hosting, bookings, and reservations, and addressing all facility-related questions.
  • Assists the Spa Manager in spa operations such as maintaining inventory of supplies and organizing departmental communication meetings.
  • Oversees the training of all therapist colleagues, conducts departmental performance appraisals, and coordinates with body technician services with spa programs.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management or a related course, and with a Spa Therapist license is an advantage.​
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience with spa operations in a luxury hotel is an asset.​
  • Strong leadership skills, service-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.​
  • Proficient in Opera and Microsoft Office applications.
