• Be responsible for spa treatment consultations and identification of possible contraindications. • Be responsible for performing beauty therapy treatments, massage and body therapy treatments and specialized treatments for the members and guests to the required standard and provide guests with home-care well-being program. • Be responsible for after care advice for the member of guest • Be responsible for achieving retail sales • Ensure that all treatment rooms and therapy back of house areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene • Ensure that all equipment is serviced as part of a preventative maintenance program • Carry out spa tours and spa consultations with guests and members, giving personalized advice and promote facilities, treatments and products • Assist during spa promotions and events • Assist with marketing and public relations • Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered • Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures • Perform prep work, properly clean and restock room as required • Actively promote the spa, treatments, services and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available • Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously • Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests • Possess the ability to work without direct supervision • Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management • Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Posses active license or certification in related field • One to two years in a public contact position, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel • Possess a gracious, friendly, and fun demeanor • Ability to multitask, work in a fast paced environment and have a high level attention to detail • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments • Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork
