Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Spa Therapist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional spa services and ensuring our clients have a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
- Deliver a wide range of spa services, including body treatments and massages, in a safe and comfortable manner
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-stocked treatment room
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Customize treatments to address individual client concerns and goals
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend appropriate products
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth spa operations
- Stay updated on the latest spa trends and techniques
- Contribute to creating a positive and relaxing environment for all guests
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Spa Therapist
- Certification in massage therapy or related field
- Hands-on experience in various massage techniques and face/body therapies
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Positive attitude and empathetic nature
- Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and organization
- Comprehensive knowledge of various spa treatments and products
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and treatments
- Physical stamina to perform treatments throughout the day
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with local cultural norms and customs in Saudi Arabia
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in all situations
