Job Description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Spa Receptionist to join our team in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere in our spa facility. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and efficient in managing daily operations.

  • Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner, providing information about spa services, treatments, and products
  • Manage spa bookings, appointments, and scheduling.
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and spa facilities
  • Assist guests with the use of spa amenities, including sauna, steam room, and other facilities
  • Provide product information and assist with retail sales
  • Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels of spa products and supplies
  • Collaborate with spa therapists and other team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Assist with special events and promotions as required

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the hospitality or wellness industry preferred
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Highly responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken) required
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
