Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Spa Receptionist / Agent to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. As the first point of contact for our spa guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere while ensuring smooth operations of our spa facility.

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and manage bookings for spa services
  • Provide detailed information about spa treatments, packages, and promotions
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency
  • Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure timely service delivery
  • Assist in inventory management of spa products and supplies
  • Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones and responding to emails
  • Promote spa services and products to enhance guest experience and drive sales

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and supportive demeanor
  • Proficiency in scheduling and booking systems
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office and email
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in spa, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred
  • Additional certifications in hospitality or spa management a plus
  • Knowledge of spa treatments and services preferred
