Job Description
- Como Gerente de Spa, serás responsable de garantizar que proporcionemos el más alto nivel de experiencia a nuestros huéspedes durante su viaje de bienestar.
- Conocer y aplicar los estándares de servicio y calidad establecidos en el manual de procedimientos de la empresa.
- Implementar y monitorear estrategias de ventas adicionales para maximizar los ingresos operativos del spa.
- Asegurar una experiencia excepcional para los huéspedes a través de un servicio personalizado y atención al detalle.
Qualifications
- Conocimientos en sistemas de gestión como Opera, POS, Book4Time y MS Office, con especial énfasis en Excel.
- Preferiblemente con experiencia en Latinoamérica.
- Experiencia previa en la gestión de bienestar en hoteles de lujo.
- Capacidad para realizar el seguimiento de los programas de auditoría de calidad, así como de las plataformas de gestión de revisiones en línea.
- Dominio completo del idioma inglés.
- Conocimientos en técnicas de tratamientos terapéuticos.
