We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of our recently established spa. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service, have strong leadership skills, and possess a deep understanding of the spa industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the spa, including scheduling, inventory management, and supervision.
• Ensure that high-quality service is provided to all guests, maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase spa revenue and profitability.
• Recruit, train, and motivate the team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of all spa facilities and equipment.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, implementing new techniques and services as appropriate.

• Previous experience in a spa management role, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, products, and equipment.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and inventory effectively.
• Certification in beauty industry.
