Job Summary:

We are looking for a warm, service-oriented Spa Host to join our Spa & Wellness team at Our Habitas Ras Abrouq Qatar. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Spa Host plays a key role in creating a welcoming and relaxing experience.

• Greet spa guests warmly, manage check-in/out procedures, and provide excellent customer service.

• Handle spa inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide information on services and pricing.

• Maintain cleanliness of reception area and spa facilities, offering guests refreshments and guidance.

• Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth service flow and promote spa services and products.

• Assist with inventory management and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure

• Previous hospitality or spa experience preferred

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
