Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa and recreation areas.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered consistently.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and implement guest service policies and procedures.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise spa and recreation staff.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for the spa and recreational activities.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Track and report on financial metrics and KPIs.
  • Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments.
  • Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with guests and members.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to improve services and guest satisfaction.
  • Organize events and activities to engage guests and enhance their experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in spa and recreation management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of health and wellness trends and best practices.
