Sous Chef (Chinese Cuisine)

We are seeking an experienced Chinese Cuisine Sous Chef to support our culinary operations, uphold authentic flavor standards, and help lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has strong command of Chinese cooking techniques and is able to ensure consistently exceptional food quality.

Your experience and skills include;

• Previous Accor experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure
• With 3 years experience in similar role
