• Responsible for the operation, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all plant room equipment and utility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the hotel or resort. The role supports uninterrupted guest services and compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain the following systems:
• Chilled Water Plant , Heat Pumps
• Cooling Towers
• Primary and Secondary Pumps
• Boiler Systems
• Hot Water Generation Systems
• Domestic Water Pumps
• Water Storage and Distribution Systems
• Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)
• Water Treatment Plant (WTP)
• Reverse Osmosis (RO) Systems
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance according to approved schedules.
• Inspect plant room equipment daily and record operational parameters.
• Conduct lubrication, cleaning, calibration, and routine servicing.
• Ensure equipment operates within design parameters and manufacturer recommendations.
• Report abnormal conditions immediately to HOD.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by HOD.

• Technical Diploma or College /Vocational Certificate in:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
  • Building Services Engineering
  • Industrial Maintenance

Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in plant room operations and maintenance.
• Experience in: Hotels and resorts, Commercial buildings, Hospitals, Industrial utility plants
