Job Description
Server - Wildflower (Mornings)
As a Server, you will be an ambassador for exceptional service and cuisine that are the hallmarks of our dining experience.
This is a full-time, seasonal position, starting in June 2026.
Starting Rate of Pay: $18.80 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $20.60.
Job Duties Include:
- Take ownership of guests dining experiences, providing a professional yet attentive rapport, attending to their requests
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
- Exceptional service, with knowledge of wines and specials
Qualifications
- Previous service experience in a fine-dining establishment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
