What you will be doing:
- Set up banquet spaces according to event orders (BEOs), including table settings, linens, and service stations
- Provide attentive food and beverage service during events, ensuring a seamless guest experience
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events
- Collaborate with kitchen and banquet teams to ensure timely and accurate service
- Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining service flow
- Follow all health, safety, and service standards
- Represent the brand with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous serving or banquet experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and service standards
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Serving It Right certification
