〇業務内容

レベニューマネジメント(収益管理)を担当し、正確な予測でホテル客室収益を最大化します。
アコーグループおよび営業チームと連携し、市場の需要を読み取って、ブランド価値を維持する適正価格でホテル客室を販売します。
このポジションはホテル客室収益に直接影響し、やりがいのあるポジションです。

〇Your role
In charge of yield management and maximize hotel rooms revenue with accurate forecast.
Collaborate with Accor Group and sales team, read market demand and sell hotel rooms at a fair price that maintains the brand's value. 
This position is directly affecting hotel rooms revenue and challenging position.


資格

必須要件

  • ホテルレベニューマネジメントの最低3年または5年の経験
  • 英語/日本語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーションスキル
  • MS Office(エクセル/ワード/パワーポイント)スキル
  • PMS (Opera)、料金比較ツール、RMS
  • チームマネジメントの経験

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years or 5 years of experience in Revenue Management
  • Business level communication skills in English/Japanese
  • MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) skills
  • PMS (Opera), Rate shopping tool, RMS
  • Team Management experience
