Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles, ensuring a luxury candidate experience aligned with Sofitel values.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
  • Manage HR systems, ensure data accuracy, and provide insights to senior management using Excel and reporting tools.
  • Foster an inclusive workplace culture, support induction activities, and contribute to learning & development initiatives.
  • Assist with payroll preparation, ensure compliance with audits and right-to-work checks, and support wellbeing, CSR, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
  • Contribute to wider People & Culture projects, including system upgrades, engagement surveys, and global Accor programmes.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

  • Thrives in both recruitment and HR operations, with experience in investigations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Is confident with HR systems and data reporting.
  • Shows genuine care for colleagues, with a supportive and approachable style.
  • Brings creativity, fresh ideas, and embraces change.
