As part of the Social Care & Impact team within the Group Sustainability Division, the Senior Manager, Solidarity & NGO Partnerships plays a key role in making Accor’s hospitality a force for social inclusion and support for vulnerable communities.
Reporting directly to the VP Solidarity, you will contribute to the development, deployment and monitoring of Accor’s solidarity initiatives worldwide. Working closely with Group Sustainability teams, Regions, Brands and NGO partners, you will help deliver meaningful and measurable social impact across diverse geographies and cultures.
Your mission:
As Senior Manager, Solidarity & NGO Partnerships, you will contribute to implementing Accor’s solidarity strategy and maximizing the impact of the Group’s social initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with the Solidarity Director to develop and deploy solidarity programs across the Group.
- Identifying, selecting and managing NGO-led projects across relevant regions and brands.
- Ensuring governance and selection processes are consistently applied across all solidarity vehicles, including All Heartist Fund, Accor Heartist Solidarity and Accor SA.
- Providing philanthropic expertise and guidance to regional and brand teams developing solidarity initiatives.
- Contributing to the development and diversification of funding mechanisms supporting solidarity projects.
- Building and maintaining strategic relationships with NGOs, peer organizations, public institutions and industry stakeholders.
- Representing Accor in relevant forums, working groups and advocacy initiatives related to solidarity topics.
- Defining, monitoring and steering social impact KPIs in collaboration with NGO partners and internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring robust reporting aligned with disclosure requirements and contributing to CSRD-related reporting.
- Monitoring market trends, peer positioning and emerging developments within the NGO and social impact ecosystem to support strategic decision-making.
And you?
You bring at least 5 years of experience in social impact, philanthropy, sustainability or related fields. You have successfully designed and implemented international programs and developed strong partnerships with NGOs and other impact-driven organizations.
