Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Leadership Facilitator to join our team. As a facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering the Accor Global Leadership Programs, that inspire and empower individuals to unleash their full potential.

 

As part of your role, you will:

 

·      Facilitate customized leadership development programs that incorporate positive psychology, strengths-based coaching, and human connection.

·      Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that promote self-awareness, team cohesion, and leadership excellence.

·      Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes respect, curiosity, and growth.

·      Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and make adjustments based on feedback and data.

 

Requirements:

·      Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

·      Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership development, coaching, or training.

·      Deep knowledge of positive psychology, strengths-based coaching, and human connection.

·      Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles, cultures, and personalities.

·      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

·      Passion for continuous learning and personal growth.

·      Certification in coaching or facilitation is a plus.

·    Experience facilitating virtually and comfortable with a blended learning approach
