The Security Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all security operations during the assigned shift, ensuring the safety and protection of guests, employees, and hotel property.

Key Responsibilities – Nhiệm vụ chính

Supervise and monitor the performance of security guards during the shift.

Giám sát và theo dõi hiệu quả làm việc của nhân viên bảo vệ trong ca trực.

Conduct shift briefings and assign duties to team members.

Tổ chức họp giao ca và phân công nhiệm vụ cho các thành viên trong đội.

Ensure all areas of the hotel are patrolled regularly and potential risks are reported and managed.

Đảm bảo các khu vực trong khách sạn được tuần tra thường xuyên và các nguy cơ tiềm ẩn được phát hiện và xử lý kịp thời.

Respond promptly and professionally to any incidents, emergencies, or disturbances.

Phản ứng nhanh chóng và chuyên nghiệp trước mọi sự cố, tình huống khẩn cấp hoặc xáo trộn.

Monitor surveillance systems and access points to ensure security protocols are followed.

Theo dõi hệ thống camera và các điểm kiểm soát ra vào để đảm bảo tuân thủ quy trình an ninh.

Support investigations of accidents, thefts, or other security breaches, and document all reports accurately.

Hỗ trợ điều tra các sự cố như tai nạn, trộm cắp hoặc vi phạm an ninh, đồng thời lập báo cáo chi tiết và chính xác.

Provide assistance and guidance to guests and staff in emergency situations.

Hỗ trợ và hướng dẫn khách và nhân viên trong các tình huống khẩn cấp.

Ensure all team members adhere to hotel policies and grooming standards.

Đảm bảo các thành viên trong đội tuân thủ nội quy khách sạn và tiêu chuẩn tác phong.

Liaise with other departments (Engineering, Front Office, Housekeeping) to coordinate response when needed.

Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác (Kỹ thuật, Lễ tân, Buồng phòng) để xử lý tình huống khi cần thiết.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Security Supervisor or Manager.

Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của Giám sát hoặc Trưởng bộ phận An ninh.

Certification in safety and training and/or licensed as a Security Officer or Law Enforcement Officer may be required. Certified CPR, First Aid instructor and training in law enforcement techniques desired.

Có chứng nhận về an toàn và đào tạo và/hoặc được cấp phép làm Nhân viên an ninh hoặc Nhân viên thực thi pháp luật. Có chứng chỉ CPR, hướng dẫn sơ cứu và đào tạo về các kỹ thuật thực thi pháp luật.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a security role, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory position.

Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực an ninh, trong đó có 1 năm ở vị trí giám sát hoặc tương đương.

Knowledge of safety, fire prevention, and emergency procedures.

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Phyisically fit and able to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Basic English communication skills; ability to write reports clearly.
