Notre complexe urbain dispose de 95 chambres spacieuses et climatisées, dont 2 suites et 14 salles de réunion modulables dont un amphithéâtre de 120 personnes totalisant 700 m².
Notre Restaurant Bar The CRAIC doté d’une terrasse extérieure est un lieu incontournable sur Annecy.

Le candidat retenu travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de cuisine pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des opérations culinaires.
Duties
- Superviser et coordonner les activités de préparation des aliments
- Assister le Chef de Cuisine dans la gestion quotidienne de la cuisine
- Garantir la qualité des plats servis en respectant les normes établies
- Participer à l'élaboration des menus et à la création de nouvelles recettes
- Veiller au respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire
Qualifications
- Expérience préalable dans le domaine de la cuisine ou de la restauration
- Connaissances en gestion et leadership
- Capacité à superviser une équipe et à assurer un service de qualité
- Maîtrise des techniques culinaires et manipulation des aliments
- Diplôme en Hôtellerie ou formation équivalente apprécié
- Expérience souhaitée en séminaires, groupes, cocktails.
- Maitrise gestion : fiche technique, inventaires, saisie des factures et fin de mois.
