SECOND DE CUISINE F/H
Mission:

Nous recherchons pour notre hôtel L'Orée des Chênesà La Ferté-Saint-Aubin,un Second de cuisine H/F, en CDI.
Vos futures missions :
● Vous assistez le Chef de cuisine dans ses missions et assurez le bon fonctionnement du service. Ensemble, vous animez et coordonnez les équipes en développant le potentiel de chaque collaborateur.
● Vous veillez à ce que chaque assiette sortant des cuisines soit à la hauteur du talent de votre brigade : dressage, délais, températures, etc. vous ne laissez rien au hasard !
● En tant que chef de file, vous savez montrer l’exemple : respect des codes de la marque, consignes relatives à la tenue, présentation, etc.
● Des livraisons jusqu’à l’assiette, tout est sous votre contrôle. Vous réalisez et vérifiez les commandes, créez et appliquez les fiches techniques, veillez à l’application des règles d’hygiène et à la sécurité alimentaire.
● Vous êtes le relais entre les cuisines et la salle, mais aussi avec le reste de l’hôtel.
