As a Water Tower Assistant Server with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, you will be an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our dining experience. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding Food & Beverage offerings makes guests of our restaurants and lounges feel unique and valued.

• Anticipate guest expectations and needs
• Run for needed items
• Deliver food from the kitchen in a timely and correct manner
• Proper and friendly service to guests
• Assist the servers and bartender in stocking and maintaining all supplies and items needed for pool service
• Entire pool area is to be maintained with fresh towels, straightened chairs, overall orderliness
• Communicate with the servers and bartender of the guests’ needs
• Maintain cleanliness of pool area
• Perform other duties and/or fill in at other positions

• This is considered a starting position in the F&B industry
• Able to work varied and flexible hours including mid-day shift, weekends, and holidays
• Seasonal role from May- October 

Hourly rate of $18.00
